Okay, it’s not that scary if you aren’t a cat (and you aren’t, are you, Megan?). But you need to teach your cat to not open doors, right? Otherwise they might find the huge stash of sofa cushions and can openers you’re hiding in the hall closet.

Since this blog is mostly a present for Megan, I posted this a while back (Megan’s two favorite things are ice cream and puppies). This is a small step down, but still unmissable. Will cute things ever stop getting their faces stuck in ice cream tubs? I hope not. -Alex

First off, let me show how cute cats are and how uncute highway patrolmen are (at least when they’re giving out tickets). Can nothing warm his icy heart?

Some days I feel like the Internet just gets me.  I’m familiar with Dramatic Prairie Dog (sometimes called Dramatic Chipmunk), as you probably are, but I hadn’t really explored the meme thoroughly.  Here’s a walk through my favorite entries in the series.  First, in case you missed it, here’s Dramatic Prairie Dog:

Of the numerous remixes of this short video, this is my favorite.

Then, there have been lots of people looking for the next “dramatic” animal.  The closest anybody’s come is Dramatic Cat.

And lastly, although this is usually called Dramatic, I think it’s mostly just creepy.  And occasionally it looks more like Smug Lemur.  You be the judge.

There are plenty of voice-over animals videos on YouTube, but this one made me smile.  It’s just really well timed, I think.  And the cat is pretty cute.

Like many YouTube videos, this one suffers from being a tad too long.  Still, the first 1:43 or so includes one of the most incredible cat montages I’ve ever seen.  Enjoy!

If there’s one lesson I want you to take away from this website, it’s that animals and technology not only mix, but they mix really well.  In that vein, I’d like you to enjoy this wonderful video of a kitten trying to eat Front Row.

I would like to take exception to the poster’s comment about this video: “Would the men please look away now - it’s a video about a cat adopting a teeny-weeny baby rabbit. Awwwww.”  Yes, I might be in a minority here, but where’s your blog about cute animal videos?  Which one of us should really be looking away?

I Can Has Cheezburger does one thing very well: pictures of cats with sometimes funny and always incorrectly spelled captions.  From time to time the blog forrays into videos, but these usually end up being obnoxious.  I’m of the belief that this was another such video but I reconsidered during the last five seconds of post-script which, I think, saved it.  Let me know what you think!

To be clear, by favorite thing is cute fuzzy paws slipping on shiny surfaces.  Doing a sliding trick is something else all together.  But admittedly this is pretty cute.  I especially like the splayed paws and the “Do you approve of me?” eyes.  Enjoy!
